What EP-Online is
EP-Online is the official Dutch national register of energy labels. A label only exists once it is recorded there.
The register
EP-Online is maintained on behalf of the Dutch government and holds every registered energy label in the country, searchable by address. It is the single source of truth: a calculation, a report or a certificate that has not been registered there is not a valid energy label, whatever it is called.
Who can register a label
Only a qualified assessor working under a certified organisation can register a label. That is why the qualification and the certification scheme matter, and why you can verify any Dutch assessor in the Centraal Register Techniek.
What you receive
After registration you receive a digital copy of the label. Because it is an official Dutch record, the document itself is in Dutch. We explain the result and what it means for your sale or letting in English.
