A specialist practice for energy labels and improvement advice, based in Alkmaar in the Netherlands.
Energie Prestatie Label A+ assesses homes and registers their energy labels. We are not a call centre or a platform that passes your request on: the person who visits your property is the person who works out and registers the result.
Qualifications
Assessment and calculation follow the Dutch NTA 8800 method within the BRL 9500 Woning Basis scheme. The professional qualifications held are:
Anyone can verify a Dutch assessor independently in the Centraal Register Techniek, the national register of qualified technical professionals. You are welcome to ask us under which certified organisation your label is registered.
Working in English
Correspondence, questions and the whole request process can be handled in English by e-mail and WhatsApp. The registered label itself remains a Dutch document, because it is an official Dutch record, and we explain the outcome to you in English.
