Rental points assessment
In the Netherlands the maximum legal rent for many homes is determined by a points system. We work out that score for your property.
What the points system is
The Dutch housing valuation system, in Dutch the woningwaarderingsstelsel or WWS, assigns points to a home based on its size, facilities, outdoor space and energy label. The total determines the maximum rent that may legally be charged.
What we do
We measure and assess the property and work out the score, including the contribution of the energy label. The result tells you where the property stands and which improvements would change the outcome.
This is an assessment, not a legal ruling. Disputes about rent are decided by the Dutch rent tribunal.
