Energie Prestatie Label A+ carries out energy performance assessments, registers energy labels and provides related advice for residential property in the Netherlands. Separate sets of conditions apply to consumers and to business clients.
Key points
Assessments are carried out according to the applicable Dutch methodology and certification scheme
The client is responsible for the accuracy of information and documents supplied
Access to the property must be arranged for the agreed appointment
A label class is a calculated result and is never guaranteed in advance
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal, subject to the conditions set out in the Dutch text
Complaints are handled through our complaints procedure
