Privacy statement
A summary in English of how we handle your personal data.
This is an English summary provided for convenience. The Dutch version is the legally binding text. In the event of any difference in interpretation, the Dutch version prevails.
What we collect and why
To carry out an assessment we need your name, contact details and the address of the property, together with any documents you choose to send us about the building. We use these to prepare, carry out and register the assessment, and to contact you about your request.
Registration in EP-Online
A registered energy label is recorded in the Dutch national register and is publicly searchable by address. That is a legal requirement, not a choice we make.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, ask for correction or deletion, and object to processing. Contact us at info@energieprestatielabel.eu.
